Release Notes
Maintenance Release for Phobos 2.0-beta1** Implemented a change where when `phobos.tracing.trace-actor-lifecycle = off` both parent actors and child actors will no longer create `akka.actor.spawn` operations. Child actors will no longer log `akka.actor.started` operations if their `Props` have been updated via `WithInstrumentation` to disable actor lifecycle tracing.
